Freixenet is a renowned winery with a long and storied history, known for producing exceptional sparkling wines. Established in 1861 in the region of Penedès, Catalonia, Spain, Freixenet has become one of the world's leading producers of Cava, a sparkling wine made using the traditional method.
Aromas: Fresh and appealing on the nose. Elegantly floral white flowers (acacia tree subtle), with notes of fresh fruit (green apple) and some subtle notes of citrus (lemon). Palate: Well-structured in the palate, refreshing, softly balanced acidity with a lively sparkle and a very attractive floral finish.
