Domaine de Bellene is the creation of Nicolas Potel – the son of the legendary Gérard Potel of Domaine Pousse d’Or. Potel's name has become synonymous with Burgundian wine and he is known for constantly challenging the borders of traditional winemaking in the region.The Coteaux Bourguignons 'Cuvée l'Eclos des Abeilles' comes from three magnificent parcels, left without vines for a long time, pre-phylloxera, with a great Terroir potential. These different terroirs are based in three villages, totalling 4 hectares. Released for the first time in 2018, this is a very ambitious white Burgundy from young, densely planted vineyards in Nuits-St-Georges and Saint Romain.
