1) Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, every customer will need to sign up an account with us in order for us to keep track your profile, orders and to serve you better. You may sign up here.
2) Is there any minimum order quantity?
No. There is NO minimum order quantity.
3) Do you have discounts for customers?
We do have promotional codes and seasonal offers. Make sure you grab them before it's too late! For your information, all promotion codes are not applicable for on-sales/promotion items and only valid based on a minimum spend amount set and date duration expiry. T&C Apply.
4) Will my order be processed during the weekend and public holidays?
Your weekend orders will be processed right on the first working day and delivery will start from then on. The same thing goes on for public holidays.
5) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfer, debit card and credit card, excluding American Express.
6) Can I cancel my order after payment has been placed?
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by calling us at +6010 300 1999 provided your order is not been packed yet. Your payment will then be reimbursed either through credit to your account (minus the credit card fees of 3%)or added to your Winelouvre credit for your next order.
